We possess a full range of advanced equipment, including internal mixers, open mixers, and internal mixing lines, to ensure a precise and efficient mixing process. We use high and low temperature universal testing machines, rotorless rheometers, Mooney viscometers, and other testing equipment to test key rubber properties, including physical properties, flowability, and viscosity. Durometers, volume and surface resistivity meters, and other equipment comprehensively assess rubber properties, including hardness and resistivity, to meet the needs of diverse application scenarios. Furthermore, we utilize intelligent ozone resistance testers, thermogravimetric analyzers, and differential scanning calorimeters to conduct in-depth analysis of rubber's weather resistance, thermal stability, and chemical composition, verifying its reliability in various extreme environments.
